Massage price: Prices start from $150.

Facility fee: $35 per day, $80 for three days, $115 for five days. (SpaClub Passport).

A SpaClub Passport is $15 for one day with a spa service.

Payment options: Cash, credit card, traveler's checks or room charge.

Gift certificates: Yes. .

Arrival: Arrive at least 45 minutes prior to appointment time.

Cancellations: Appointments must be canceled at least 24 hours prior to appointment time or the full payment is due. If an appointment is rescheduled on the day of service, an additional $35 is assessed.

Tipping: At the guest's discretion (15 percent to 20 percent is typical of most spas).

Full-service salon: Yes, offering hair services and extensions, nails, makeup and facial waxing.
